紐西蘭的開放源碼經驗談

紐西蘭政府在2006年底提出多項國家政策，針對政府資訊的公開、公民資訊權益的確保、資訊高速公路的維運，推出白皮書及執行策略，而開放源碼正是協助落實e化政府的重要力量。

OSSF 這次特別邀請任職於eMerge Technology 公司的Tim Knapp，現場跟大家分享紐西蘭財政部、國家圖書館等政府單位，採用Plone 這套開放源碼系統的經驗談，並提出內容管理系統規格建議，供與會者參考應用。

Tim Knapp 是 Plone 開發人員，參與過紐西蘭政府的內容管理系統建置工作。 在 Auckland University of Technology 獲得 Advanced Certificate in Business Computing。曾在數家軟體公司擔任專案技術人員，目前任職於eMerge Technology 公司，該公司提供多國語文網站方案。
